Gabriela Zorrilla

Gabriela is a specialist in business strategy for new product developments and services. She is dedicated to markets with distinctive needs, such as the B2B and luxury markets.

With a background in Industrial Engineering and Business, she has held varied positions in supply chain, distribution, customer engagement and project management. For example, Gabriela oversaw the inventory management and pricing of a catalogue with over 800 products in one of the largest food wholesalers in Mexico. She also took care of the redistribution of their warehouse to optimize operations. In an effort to understand business more holistically, she completed an MBA with the John Molson School of Business in Canada. From there she was recruited by one of the world leading aircraft manufacturers to financially evaluate special investment projects. Gabriela later became the customer engagement project manager for the development of one of the company’s business jets, translating customer needs to the R&D teams.

She has successfully generated synergies from establishing cross-functional interfaces, in large multinational corporations as well as in small and medium enterprises. Her positive attitude and soft skills help her empathize with external and internal customers, while truly understanding their performance needs.

Gabriela delivers business training and services in three languages: Spanish, English and French. She is an avid runner and an amateur writer.
