What is your relationship with Grange Partnership?
We started working with Paul Thompson and Grange Partnership, as we as identified two risks to our supply chain team and wanted to get an external perspective.
What is the first risk to your business that you identified?
We have an incredibly bright driven team, that in places lacked the fundamental knowledge of supply chain and therefore were ‘reinventing the wheel’ far more than necessary.
What was the second risk?
Too much of our thinking was based on what we innocent had always done through its current network.
We knew as a supply chain, we had the opportunity to add real value to the business, but weren’t sure on what was needed. Grange Partnership helped us shape and deliver a program of training, coaching and consultancy.
Was the program a success?
As a result of the program, we’ve not only addressed the above risks, but we’ve seen higher retention within our team supply.Â
This is because the effect of the training and coaching has empowered our teams to affect the inefficiencies they work through, as well as developing a common language across the teams too.
